The social programme for the conference consists of the following elements:
- A welcome reception with drinks and food on Tuesday 10th June, alongside an art exhibition and book launch.
- A guided tour of Ljubljana on Thursday 12th June, including a ride on the Funicular Railway.
- A conference banquet on Thursday 12th June in Ljubljana Castle.
The guided tour will start at 17:30 from Prešeren Square.
