The registration fee covers attendance at all talks, lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, a welcome reception, the conference dinner in Ljubljana castle, a guided tour of the city (including a funicular railway ride) and entrance to the art exhibition.

Accompanying guests can also register. The registration fee for accompanying guests is 50 euros per person and includes: Ljubljana guided tour, including a funicular railway to Ljubljana castle for the conference dinner, with drinks.
