| You can register in advance for IJWCC 2008 in one way: | ||

| To qualify for advance registration discounts, your registration form and payment must be received by 23:59pm GMT, Friday, June 27, 2008. Registrations received after June 27 will be charged at the late/on-site registration rate. | ||

Registration Confirmation |

| A confirmation e-mail will be sent by IJWCC 2008 Registration within 5 days of receiving your registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please call +34 91 394 7579 or e-mail to cc2008@fdi.ucm.es. | ||
Payment |
||
| Payment must accompany all registration forms and can be made by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), and wire transfers. You can mail or fax your registration form. No registrations will be accepted over the phone. Forms received without payment will not be processed. | ||
| On-site Registration | ||
| On-site registrants will pay late registration fees. Forms of payment accepted on site: credit cards (MasterCard or VISA), and cash. Wire transfers will not be accepted at on-site registration. | ||
Cancellations and Substitutions |
||
|
Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is sent in writing and received on or before September 1, 2008 to: IJWCC 2008 - Registration Dpto. Ingeniería del Software e Inteligencia Artificial Facultad de Informática C/ Profesor José García Santesmases s/n 28040 Madrid Spain A 50 euro handling fee will be applied to all canceled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after the deadline. Contact IJWCC 2008 Registration at the above address for substitutions (allowed at any time). A letter on official letterhead is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement. |
