Registration

Registration for the conference is now open and covers all costs for the conference itself, for breakfast and lunch each day and for a nice social program.  Rates are as follows:

Regular registration (through June 15): $445
Late regular registration (after June 15): $520
Student registration (through June 15): $295
Late student registration (after June 15: $360

To register, go here.  Payment can be made by credit card, with the system accepting American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and JCB.

If necessary, we can also accept bank transfers.  The logistics of receiving money this way are much more difficult, so if possible, please use the credit card-based site above to register; if this is not possible, you may make a bank transfer.  Please note that you must make allowances for any transfer fees, currency conversion differences, etc. so that the proper amount in US $ is received.  Any shortfall will be collected onsite in cash or by credit card (but please make sure that the proper amount is transferred).  To make a bank transfer, first send email to Dan Ventura to notify us of your intention and include your contact information (first and last name, institution, email address and any dietary restrictions) and what kind of registration (student or regular) you will be paying.  Then, use the following information to make the transfer:
