Hotel Conditions

All the rooms and extras are paid directly by the conference attendants. Everyone is responsible for his own reservation, via the internet link, using the special code of the event.

Participants must contact the hotel if they desire to cancel or alter the reservation. Until the 15^th of December 2009, participants can cancel their reservation without any penalties. From the 16^th of December until one day before arrival, the price of one night will be charged to the credit card. If a cancelation order is received on the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card. No-shows will also be charged the total amount of the stay.
