Registration
ICCC’26 is hosted by University of Coimbra and will take place in Coimbra, Portugal from June 29th to July 3rd, 2026. The conference events, including the workshop/tutorials and the Early Carrer Symposium, will take place at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Coimbra.
Early-bird registration until May 25 2026!
For all accepted (full and short) papers to the main conference, at least one author needs to register and physically attend to present the paper at the venue.
Registrations are handled through the EasyChair platform.

Registration types
- Full Conference registration: Includes access to the full scientific program (main track presentations, workshops/tutorials, and demos) as well as the social program (coffee breaks, lunches, special events, reception, and other social activities, unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Workshop & Tutorial Only registration: Covers coffee breaks and lunches on workshop/tutorial days only. It does not include access to the main conference sessions or other social program components.
- Student: Participants registering as students must be enrolled in a PhD, Master’s, or another recognized academic program.
- Regular: Participants who do not meet the criteria for student registration must register as regular attendees.
Note on Non-registered Partners
Participants may bring non-registered partners to the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, or some other social activities. In that case, participants must inform the organizing committee at least 48 hours in advance. Access for partners is subject to availability, and vouchers must be purchased on-site via the organizing committee.
