Registration

ICCC 2024 is hosted by the School of Engineer at Jönköping University, Sweden. All of the conference events, including the workshop/tutorials and the Early-Career symposium, will take place at the university campus.

For all accepted (full and short) papers accepted to the main conference, at least one author needs to register and physically attend to present the paper at the venue (unless very special circumstances discussed and previously approved by the organisational team).

Registration types

  • Main conference registration includes coffee breaks and lunch, presentation sessions, special events, demos, and social events including the excursion and reception.
  • Registration to the main conference covers the full scientific and social program (including workshops/tutorials) from Monday – Friday.
  • Registration to Workshop/tutorial only covers coffee breaks and lunches on Monday-Tuesday. Note: It does not include the Welcome Reception on Tuesday.
  • Participants registering as students must be enrolled in a PhD, master or another academic-level educational program.
  • Participants are able to bring a +1 to the social events for an additional cost.This ticket includes the welcome reception and the conference dinner. Participation in additional social activities at ICCC will be subject to availability.
  • Local JTH students enrolled in the AI engineering and New Media Design programs can register for free.
    This includes the full scientific program and coffee breaks and lunches on site, but does not include participation in the social program.

 

Registration fees

All fees are excluding VAT and are in Swedish kronor (SEK).
1000 SEK is approximately 86 Euro. You can find the current conversion rate from SEK to Euro here.

The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT.
Note that due to Swedish tax regulations, participants are required to pay 25% VAT, this will automatically be included when entering the payment system.

If your company is headquartered in a EU VAT-area country, you may apply for a VAT refund at your tax office in your home country.
