The Conference is closed and registration is not possible anymore

25/06: Please note that due to an unexpected and exceptionally high turn-out for ICCC 2016, people registering on or after June 23, 2016 (i.e at onsite-rate) will not be provided with tickets for the welcome cocktail at the Paris Hotel de Ville on June 28, 2016, which has reached its capacity. Instead they will be put on a waiting list and their welcome cocktail ticket will be provided only in case of cancellations by other participants. Please be aware of this when registering anytime on or after June 23. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience for this situation that is beyond our control.

The registration fee covers costs for conference material, attendance to all technical presentations, coffee-breaks, lunches (Tuesday-Thursday, snack lunch (Friday), and social programme including welcome cocktail (Tuesday) and reception (Thursday).

ICCC16 is pleased to acknowledge its cooperation with the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), which will be publicizing the conference to its membership. Of special interest to conference attendees is an introductory offer from AAAI, which provides a complimentary 1-year online membership to conference participants who are new to AAAI. *Attendants who select the “student registration” option are requested to send an email to iccc2016_registration@lip6.fr with a scan of their student identification valid for the current academic year.

Workshop and tutorial registrations are extra and must be mentioned on the form at the time of registration. Workshops (one day each) cost 40€ each and tutorials (half-day each) are 25€ each.

There is no workshop-only or tutorial-only registration. It is the attendant’s responsibility to make sure these extra-event registrations are compatible in their schedule!

Please note that both workshops will take place in parallel (Monday, June 27 2016 at UPMC). Please note that the 1st International Workshop on Music Analysis for Generation Systems (MAGES 2016) has been cancelled due to lack of submissions!

The tutorials will take place on the same day: the PROSECCO tutorial will take place in the morning of June 27 and the The Engagement-Reflection Model Tutorial will take place in the afternoon.

Please note that room capacity is limited for workshops and tutorials. If full capacity is reached for one of these events, registration will be unavailable.

Once you performed the payment, you may want to get a screenshot of the page to support any remboursement request, as the system does not automatically send you an invoice by email.

Attendants who need a visa to travel to France can request an invitation letter by sending an email to iccc2016_registration@lip6.fr
