We welcome proposals for half-day, full-day and one-and-a-half day workshops on any aspect of computational creativity research. Workshops offer a great opportunity to exchange ideas, and a chance to drive broader adoption of your systems and methods. We welcome a diversity of formats, such as academic workshops (with a process of peer-review for submitted papers) or hands-on, practical workshops. Please feel free to contact the organisers to discuss the possibilities further. All workshops will be academically self-contained: they should have their own organising committee and conduct their own peer-review and publication process where necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are no longer accepting submissions for this call.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Important dates<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Workshop proposal submissions due:<\/strong><br \/>\nFebruary 17th, 2020 (extended!)<\/p>\n<p>Workshop organisers are also encouraged to submit their proposals earlier than the deadline and request an earlier response in order to allow more time for their own submission process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notification of workshop acceptance:<\/strong><br \/>\nFebruary 24th, 2020.<br \/>\n(Earlier acceptance may be possible at the chairs\u2019 discretion, to allow workshops a longer lead-time).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> all workshops should manage their own paper submission, review and publication process, with appropriate timelines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Submission Instructions<\/h1>\n<p>Please submit a PDF proposal of no more than 3 pages detailing the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title and theme of workshop;<\/li>\n<li>Description of the workshop\u2019s scope and the type of papers and\/or works that will be accepted (feel free to refer to previous instances of the workshop, including publications);<\/li>\n<li>Expected duration, number of participants, format and rough event schedule (duration can be half-day, full-day or one-and-a-half-day);<\/li>\n<li>Any technical or space requirements (e.g., projector, PA, whiteboards);<\/li>\n<li>Details of your workshop timeline;<\/li>\n<li>Preliminary organising committee;<\/li>\n<li>Details of any invited speakers, if known at the time of submission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please email your submission as a single PDF file with the subject line \u201cICCC 2020 Workshop Proposal\u201d to workshops-iccc20@computationalcreativity.net<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Workshop Chairs<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Oliver Kutz \u2013 <\/strong>Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Italy<br \/>\n<strong>Sofia Pinto \u2013 <\/strong>IST, INESC-ID, Portugal<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>More Information<\/h1>\n<p>For more information please contact:<br \/>\nworkshops-iccc20@computationalcreativity.net<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The International Conference on Computational creativity is soliciting proposals for workshops to be held along with the main ICCC conference.
