Registration for the conference is now open and covers all costs for the conference itself, for breakfast and lunch each day and for a nice social program. Rates are as follows:
Regular registration (through June 15): $445
Late regular registration (after June 15): $520
Student registration (through June 15): $295
Late student registration (after June 15: $360
To register, go here. Payment can be made by credit card, with the system accepting American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and JCB.
If necessary, we can also accept bank transfers. The logistics of receiving money this way are much more difficult, so if possible, please use the credit card-based site above to register; if this is not possible, you may make a bank transfer. Please note that you must make allowances for any transfer fees, currency conversion differences, etc. so that the proper amount in US $ is received. Any shortfall will be collected onsite in cash or by credit card (but please make sure that the proper amount is transferred). To make a bank transfer, first send email to Dan Ventura to notify us of your intention and include your contact information (first and last name, institution, email address and any dietary restrictions) and what kind of registration (student or regular) you will be paying. Then, use the following information to make the transfer:
Bank Name: Wells Fargo Bank, NA
Bank Address: 420 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94104
Routing /ABA: 121000248
Customer Name: Brigham Young University
BYU’s Account: 033-00000-01
CHIPs UID: 043199
Ref: Please include your name and other contact information as well as “ICCC 2015” to help us post your transfer to the correct account. Due to lag in receiving funds this way, this option will likely only be available until June 15, so if you must use it, do it soon!
To help us continue to make arrangements and plans, and to save you some money (rates will go up after June 15th), register soon and register often!
