All attendees must be registered for the conference, and at least one author from each accepted paper or demo must register for and attend the conference in order for the work to appear in the proceedings and be included in the program.
Registration fees covers attendance at all talks, lunches and coffee breaks, and also includes the conference dinner / social event. Each participant will also receive the conference proceedings on a USB memory stick.
Registration is a two-step process:
- Make your payment for the conference (see below)
- Complete an online registration form
Deadlines for Registration:
Early Registration: By April 25th, 2012
Late Registration: By May 29th, 2012
On-Site Registration: May 30th, 2012 – June 1st, 2012
Payment Options
Registration for ICCC-2012 should be performed using PayPal. Attendees can pay in a choice of currencies (Euros, UK Pounds, or US Dollars). Payments in UK Pounds can also be done via bank transfer.
The registration fees as are follows:
Early Regular (by April 25): 250 euros 210 GBP 325 Dollars
Early Student (by April 25): 150 euros 125 GBP 200 Dollars
Late Regular (by May 29): 300 euros 250 GBP 400 Dollars
Late Student (by May 29): 200 euros 170 GBP 260 Dollars
Those paying in pounds may either pay with PayPal or via bank transfer.
Registration fees can also be paid via bank transfer, to the Association for Computational Creativity’s official bank account. Since this is a UK account, payment in GBP is preferred. Details are provided below. If you choose to employ this option, please retain a printed proof of transfer for registration at the conference. Please also remember to add your name as a reference on the payment (in the reference/memo field), so we can know who it has come from.
