What would a conference in Dublin be without some brews and ballads? After the first day’s proceedings we will head to a beer tasting at a very popular city-centre microbrew pub called the Porterhouse. Beer samples and finger food will be served starting at 7 PM. After the second day’s events we will head to a 7:30 PM dinner at Oliver St. John Gogarty’s in Temple Bar, followed by live performances of traditional Irish music.
